Starting School at Grimes Dyke
We are delighted that your child has been allocated a place at Grimes Dyke Primary School, in our Reception class from September 2023 It is crucially important to everyone on the staff that all children who come to our school feel happy, healthy and safe. They are joining Team GD, and so are you as parents / carers.
The teacher responsible for EYFS is Mrs McDonough who is also our Assistant Headteacher. . Mrs McDonough is first and foremost a mum herself and therefore knows how hard it can be for parents and carers when their child starts school.
